Grilled Pork Loin Sandwiches
(A Favorite at St. Louis Mortgage Consultants)
Ingredients
4-5 lb. Pork Loin
3 tbsp. Smashed Garlic
2 tbsp. Cracked Pepper
2 tbsp. Kosher Salt
*Andrias Steak Sauce
French Bread (use your own judgment) recommend Viviano’s
3 Sandwiches to a pound.
Preparation
Charcoal Fire (medium heat) White coals
Gas Grill (medium high heat)
Rub Pork Loin with garlic, salt, pepper
Charcoal grill: Blackened each side
Close lid grill for 40 minutes (turning 20 minutes)
Gas grill: turn occasionally for 45 minutes
When it is done: brush Andrias Steak Sauce on each side.
Slice thin. Pile high on French Bread
Serve with extra Andria’s Steak Sauce
